SimpleChips announces sample availability of new high-voltage chips

June 4, 2017 / Escondido California, U.S.A. – SimpleChips Technologies Inc. today announced sample availability of two new high-voltage chips.

• 16SCT001; a high-voltage (1KV max) direct coupled IGBT gate driver chip typically used in systems requiring the ability to control the conduction state of a high-voltage (HV) MOSFET or IGBT switch. The chip requires zero external components.
• 18SCT000; a high-voltage (1KV max) voltage divider typically used in system requiring the ability to measure high voltages.

Both chips are available as bare die.
